Edwin Bodney is an artist who was born and raised in Los Angeles. He began writing at the age of thirteen and has grown to become a consistent and strong voice for his community. Edwin was a member of the 2011 Hollywood poetry slam team. He has performed in various venues throughout Los Angeles and Boston; his highlight performance being in The Bovard Theater at the University of Southern California. He is also completing his first book of poems entitled, Good Morning: A Story of Flight in the Making which will lead the readers through an intimate look at some of his pivotal love stories that have helped to mold him into the man he is today. Edwin currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina and can be followed at @edwinbodney.
