White folks who date, hire, and welcome people of color into their homes – they may think they can’t possibly contribute to the problem of racism, but that’s far from the truth.

Now, Jordan Peele’s film Get Out has a lot of people talking about how white “allies” are complicit in racism. And it’s a discussion that’s been a long time coming.
